Dr. T wore many hats as an Academic Addiction Psychiatrist in inpatient and outpatient settings; former Medical Director of Outpatient Recovery Services and the Bridge Program at the University of Utah and HMHI, bringing the same experience and care to patients and their loved ones in a new setting and a small practice. Husband to Ash. Dad to 4 kiddos, one dog, and two goats (so 6 kids, really). This is Forge 1.0. I hope to build the next iterations with you.
